Immediate need:

A state of emergency has been issued in the Fort Belknap Indian community due to what is being described as a suicide contagion. A task force has determined a plan of action, part of which is to provide 1200 students with backpacks and school supplies on the reservations of 4 communities. Life Tribe is coming along side this effort to provide an act of kindness that will help these students receive an infusion of hope and recognize their value. This will precede a special “Life is Sacred” campaign that will be conducted shortly after the school year begins.
